Yoga Block

Yoga blocks are an excellent tool to aid in performing a range of poses. The Full Yoga Block from Fitness Mad creates cushioning for inversions, such as the shoulder stand (requiring four blocks), for supporting the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists. They are made from top quality scratch-resistant EVA foam, with smooth, 3mm chamfered edges.
